WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
There are a few forms you will need to spend time completing prior to your appointment.
Print out the forms and be thorough in your answers so that Sarah can best be of help. One of the forms is a food log. Start logging everything you eat starting today and continue this until your appointment time.
Please bring all completed forms to your first appointment. If you’ve had bloodwork done recently, please feel free to bring your lab results. While labs aren’t vital to your visit, they are helpful and can be very revealing. Sarah can order labs if needed.
Your first visit will last about one hour. Sarah will perform nutritional tests including: mineral saliva testing, iodine patch testing, stress testing, and determine blood sugar handling. She will perform muscle testing to check for nutritional deficiencies and if any organ systems are under stress. She will also use homeopathic testing to determine food intolerances and toxicities.
Sarah will then explain her findings, answer your questions, and give you all the resources you need to get started on your personalized nutritional wellness plan that includes lifestyle recommendations.
Follow up visits are scheduled “as needed” in order to support your success. A yearly check-in is highly advised. People change – your supplement, nutritional and lifestyle needs. may have changed as well.
